Pay the premium for living in a chill home. I moved 8 times, lived with 14 strangers, and it hurt
For job prospects: get internships, try to get into research labs, and get involved with student clubs
Live in a city where other adults are living. Don't go to school in a small college town
Have a reliable car. Feeling trapped is horrible
Try every single tutor available until you find one you click with, then go to them often
Ask embarassingly dumb questions
Discount therapists can hurt more than they help
Every class is self-taught. College is just you figuring out how to make your brain learn under pressure
Explore. College was a great place to explore projects, ideas, and communities
Use your .edu email for discounts and easy 1-on-1s with professionals
Expect to be very poor. Pick jobs for experience not money. Money comes after graduation
